Duration

• The duration of the visit is approximately 3 hours

Groups

• Small groups are approximately 20 people plus the guide. This is not fixed and could be larger or smaller depending on logistics or some circumstance that prevents us from doing so on an exceptional basis. In no case will the number of people exceed 29 + guide.
• The visit will be conducted in a single language, the one selected when making the purchase, and it will not be possible to modify this under any circumstances.
• For logistical reasons, availability or other circumstances, the schedule may vary, notifying you in advance of this circumstance. If in any case this were to occur, the client may accept or cancel and receive a 100% refund of the amount, thus cancelling this contract. If accepted, the initial contract conditions will be accepted again.

Important notes

• It is essential to provide name, surname and ID / Passport at the time of booking. You can also send your details to the email info@specialplans.es
• On the day of the visit you must bring the original identity document that you provided when making the reservation
• Presentation at the meeting point 15 min. before the start of the tour
• The tour is not fully adapted for people with mobility restrictions, so they may not be especially suitable for people with mobility problems and we do not recommend it, in some cases.

Cancellation policies

Based on the official regulations published in the BOJA by the Patronato de la Alhambra y el Generalife, put into effect on 1/5/2020, once the tickets have been issued, they cannot be cancelled, modified or rescheduled.

As a consequence of this regulation, the cancellation policies to be taken into account, without exceptions of any kind, are:

1. If the cancellation is made between the day of booking and up to 30 days before the tour, the costs will be €24 per adult
2. No refund if cancelled 30 days or less before the tour and up to the start time of the visit
3. Not showing up for the visit, arriving late or not carrying the original passport or ID with which the reservation was made is non-refundable
4. Cancellations or modifications may be made in the event of a health alert that affects the closure of the monument

There are no exceptional situations that apply to the cancellation conditions that modify the cancellation and refund criteria indicated in these points.

To request a full or partial cancellation in accordance with these cancellation policies, you must send an email to info@nhue.es and the cancellation and refund will be made based on the date of receipt of said email, as a reference date.

VERY IMPORTANT: REQUEST TO BE INCLUDED ON THE WAITING LIST

If you have made a reservation in a ON HOLD/ WAITING LIST situation, you must take into account the following conditions:

1. As soon as we have availability, we will issue your tickets without delay or consultation, since you agree that we will take care of obtaining said tickets for you.
2. The system will not charge you anything until the visit is confirmed. Once the reservation is confirmed, the charge on your card will be automatic and irreversible.
3. We will send you a new voucher indicating that the reservation is confirmed. From the moment of confirmation and charge on the card, the reservation is confirmed and under the cancellation conditions of any direct reservation, without a waiting list.
4. If you wish to leave the waiting list, you only have to write an email to cancelacionsp@gmail.com and indicate that you wish to leave the waiting list, indicating the order number, name and surname of the holder and that you wish to cancel.
5. If within a reasonable period of time, from Special Plans, we consider that it will not be possible to carry out the definitive reservation, we will send you a cancellation email and no charge will be made.
