Important information for collecting your audio guide:

1. To pick up the audio guide, you can go to either of the two visitor service points:                                                                                                                                    A. Entrance atrium to the monument  or B. In front of the Palace of Charles V, just next to the entrance to the Nasrid Palaces (PLEASE CHECK THE ATTACHED PLANS)
2. The voucher is electronic, it is not necessary to print it
3. The client will be asked for a credit or debit card to be scanned as a guarantee for the return of the audio guides; this process does not charge or block any amount on your card. You can also leave a cash deposit of €50.00 which will be returned at the end of the visit when the device is returned.
4. VERY IMPORTANT: When the software sends the documentation to your email and WhatsApp, you will receive a PDF document with the title “THESE ARE YOUR TICKETS “name of the buyer” + AUDIO GUIDE VOUCHER.” In this PDF below the official Alhambra tickets are the vouchers to collect the audio guide.

Important notes

1. It is essential to provide your name, surname and ID / Passport at the time of booking.
2. On the day of the visit you must bring the original identity document that you provided at the time of booking. :booking.
3. The access time to the Nasrid Palaces is the one indicated on the Alhambra entrance “Access time to the Nasrid Palaces”.
4. The rest of the complex can be visited at any time.
5. The Alhambra is a protected monument and limits the number of visitors per day, which means that you will not be able to revisit previously visited parts.
6. In the event that there is no availability on the same day, we will contact you to give you an alternative or cancel the service.
7. It is not possible to book children under 12 years of age separately from at least one adult. If this happens, the software will cancel your tour.

Cancellation policies

Based on the official regulations published in the BOJA by the Board of Trustees of the Alhambra and the Generalife, put into effect on 1/5/2020, once the tickets have been issued, they cannot be cancelled, modified or rescheduled.

As a consequence of these regulations, the cancellation policies to be taken into account, without exceptions of any kind, are:

1. This service cannot be cancelled, modified or rescheduled. Any of these options will incur 100% of the cost. 

There are no exceptional situations that apply to the cancellation conditions that modify the cancellation and refund criteria indicated in these points.
