1. 0% cancellation fees from the day of the reservation until 10 days before the tour.
2. Cancellation charges of 25% from 10 days to 2 days before the tour.
3. 100% cancellation fees from 2 days before to the start time of the visit, including not showing up for the tour or arriving after hours.
- Travelers are required to wear personal masks and observe social estrangement during the experience.
- The guides will wear masks and gloves.
- On-site procedures for frequent cleaning or disinfection.
- Customer is recommended to have their own headphones.
