Cancelation conditions

The amount will be refunded in full if it is notified 48 hours in advance. The weather conditions will not be cause for cancellation.

Meeting point:

-Main door of Caballerizas Reales.
-Main door of the Córdoba City Council during the competition (May 4 to 17, 2020).

Days not available:

• Tuesday and Sunday.
• January, February, July and August remain closed.
• During the contest, it will be held every day (May 4 to 17, 2020)

The times for this visit according to the season are different:

• From March 2 to May 5 it starts at 5:00 p.m. (Every day except
  Tuesdays and Sundays)
• May 4 to 17 begins at 10:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (Everyday)
  From May 18 to June 30 it starts at 18:00 pm. (Every day except
  Tuesdays and Sundays)
• From September 1 to October 30 it starts at 17:00 pm. (Everyday
  except Tuesday and Sunday)
• From November 1 to December 15 it starts at 17:00 pm. (Only the
  Friday, Saturday and Monday)

Important

• Travelers are required to wear personal masks and observe social estrangement during the experience.
• The guides will wear masks and gloves.
• On-site procedures for frequent cleaning or disinfection.
• Customer is recommended to have their own headphones.

It is not a recommended visit if you need a wheelchair to make the visit. Access is from a different place than the main group and there are many areas that you cannot visit.
