Important information to pick up your audio guide:

1. To pick up the audio guide you can go to any of the two visitor service points:                                                                                                                                                                   A. Entrance hall to the monument or B. In front of the Palace of Carlos V, right next to the access to the Nasrid Palaces (PLEASE CHECK ATTACHED PLANS )
2. The voucher is electronic, it is not necessary to print it
3. The customer will be asked for a credit or debit card to be scanned as a guarantee for the return of the audio guides; This process does not charge or block any amount on your card. You can also leave a cash deposit of 50.-€ which will be returned at the end of the visit when the device is delivered
4. VERY IMPORTANT: When the software sends the documentation to your email and Whatsapp, you will receive a document in PDF format, with the title “THESE ARE YOUR TICKETS “buyer name” + AUDIOGUIDE VOUCHERS. In this PDF after the tickets Alhambra officials are the vouchers to pick up the audio guide.

Important notes

1. It is essential to provide name, surnames and DNI / Passport at the time of making the reservation.
2. On the day of the visit you must bring the original identity document that you provided at the time of making the reservation.
3. The timetable for access to the Nasrid Palaces is the one indicated at the entrance of the Alhambra “Access time to the Nasrid Palaces”.
4. The rest of the enclosure can be visited at any time.
5. The Alhambra is a protected monument and limits the number of visitors per day, with which you will not be able to revisit the parts previously visited.
6. In case there is no availability, on the same day, we will contact you to give you an alternative or cancel the service.
7. It is not possible to hire children under 12 years of age separately from at least one adult. If this happens the software will cancel your tour.

Cancellation Policies

Based on the Official Regulations published in the BOJA by the Board of Trustees of the Alhambra and the Generalife, launched on 1/1/2020, once the tickets have been issued, they cannot be cancelled, modified or rescheduled.

As a consequence of this regulation, the cancellation policies to be taken into account, without exceptions of any kind, are:
