• 0% cancellation fee of the total reservation for cancellations up to 7 days before the visit or service.
• 50% cancellation fee of the total reservation for cancellations between 6 days and 4 days before the visit or service.
• 100% cancellation costs of the total reservation for cancellations between 3 days and the same day of the visit or service.

The ancient Arab layout of these neighborhoods makes it impossible for baby carriages or wheelchairs to transit on this tour.
We recommend that parents carry a baby carrier during the visit.

It is not a recommended visit if you need a wheelchair to make the visit. Access is from a different place than the main group and there are many areas that you cannot visit.
